About Us
We met in 2013 through mutual friends. We enjoyed each other’s company and discovered shared values and a shared sense of humor. Married in 2017, we live in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis.
After experiencing infertility, we decided adoption was the best choice to grow our family. We are committed to parent with strong faith, grace, love, gratitude, and a sense of fun! We are working with an amazing and experienced adoption agency that will offer excellent counseling and resources for any birth parent/s that choose us.

We love cooking for family and friends, attending live theater and concerts, finding new walking trails, antiquing, and traveling. We also just really love a cozy weekend at home with our cats!
About Darcy
Darcy is warm and caring and enjoys trying new things. She is a speech language pathologist at an elementary school. Being with children makes every day more fun. She loves all the unique personalities of her students! She grew up in the Chicago suburbs and was blessed with parents, an older brother, older sister, and a twin sister. She enjoys reading, sewing, and crafting. She is an awesome auntie and can’t wait to be a mom!
About Jim

Jim is compassionate, thoughtful, friendly, kind, and a lot of fun. He works from home as a quality assurance analyst. The flexibility of working from home will be ideal as a dad. He grew up in the twin cities. He is blessed with parents who live nearby as well as an older sister. Jim loves being a fun uncle, and he will be a great dad. He enjoys cooking without recipes, and he has been practicing his dad jokes for years!!
